Word Intrigue:
loo⋅gie -- noun
1. A large slimy glob of spit, mixed with nose snot, that is formed by coughing up and hocking what is in your throat.
2. A lump of sputum (as in phelgm) coughed (or, onomatopoeically, "hocked") up from the lungs.
